APIs Have The Data, Who Shows What Fields Is Another Story

Today I'm going to show an example of a company who doesn't share some types of data on their own sites yet is willing to allow other companies access to that same data. Our use case is American Airlines not showing plane make/model when booking from them, yet when Kayak shows American flights then that data IS available.
